Refund Policy

Our goal is to be the fairest agency in the industry. We charge a fixed fee for our time, systems, and expertise.

1. Service Definition

FindMeCars provides a "Service" (Vehicle Sourcing and Market Intelligence). We do not sell physical goods. By paying the fee, you are retaining us to perform work on your behalf.

2. The "No Find, No Fee" Guarantee

We are confident in our ability to find cars. Therefore:

If we cannot find at least 3 vehicles that match the specific criteria agreed upon in your intake form within 14 days, you are entitled to a 100% Refund.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The sourcing fee becomes non-refundable once:

  • We have delivered a shortlist of vehicles that match your agreed criteria.
  • You decide to cancel the search due to a "change of mind" after work has commenced.
  • You purchase a vehicle from a source outside of our recommendations during the contract period.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email sourcing@findmecars.co.uk with your Reference Number. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Vehicle Deposits

Any deposit paid to a Dealer to secure a specific car is subject to that Dealer's own refund policy. FindMeCars does not hold vehicle deposits.
