Sourcing Explained

Buying a car remotely requires trust. Here is exactly how we protect you, how the process works, and what happens if you change your mind.

For our Clarity, Strategy, and Specialist tiers, we perform comprehensive digital due diligence. This includes:

  • Deep HPI & provenance checks (Outstanding finance, theft, insurance write-off).
  • MOT history analysis (looking for recurring faults or advisories).
  • Service history verification (ensuring intervals were met).
  • Market price analysis (ensuring you aren't overpaying).

We do not visit the car in person unless you select the Executive Sourcing package (>£100k budgets), where physical inspection is included. However, we can arrange third-party inspections (e.g., ClickMechanic) for any vehicle upon request.

We work until we get it right. If the first shortlist doesn't match the specific criteria you set in your intake form, we will refine the search parameters and provide a second batch of options at no extra cost. Our goal is to find you a car you love, not just "a car."

We are not a lender, but we can recommend trusted independent finance brokers who often beat dealership APR rates. Perhaps more importantly, we help you understand the finance quotes dealers offer you to ensure you aren't being overcharged or sold unnecessary "add-ons" like GAP insurance at inflated prices.

We prioritize sourcing from franchised main dealers or reputable specialists who provide their own warranties (typically 3-12 months). Because you are buying directly from the dealer (with our guidance), you receive all the standard consumer protections and statutory warranty rights that come with a dealership purchase.

To ensure we work for YOU.
Most "free" car brokers actually take a hidden commission from the dealer (often £500+), which means they are incentivized to sell you the car that pays them the most, not the best car for you. By charging a small fixed fee, we remain 100% independent and unbiased.
